Cooling tower performance
1. The industrial cooling water tower body is made of FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material, and the surface is made of colored glue, which is anti-aging and anti-corrosion. After being made, the whole tower is bright, smooth and does not fade.
2. The water distribution system adopts copper new nylon rotary water distribution, which has large flow, small water drift, low noise, uniform water distribution and low water supply pressure.
3. The cooling tower special motor and fan are used, and the tower body is reasonably matched, with low speed, large air volume and low energy consumption.
4. The filler is modified oblique wave PVC. Tests show that it has high strength, high cooling efficiency, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, anti-corrosion, and can adapt to poor water quality.
5. All steel brackets are hot-dip galvanized and then sprayed with double industrial anti-corrosion paint, which can extend the service life.
6. The chassis of the cooling tower can be used as a water collection tray, and is equipped with automatic, overflow, sewage and other devices. It can be used as a closed circulation water pool without the need for a separate water pool.
7. The silent series is more suitable for residential areas, office buildings, and urban environmental noise control areas, with unique noise reduction technology.
8. The high temperature series can reduce the temperature by 25 degrees, which is suitable for water circulation with high inlet temperature.
9. The whole tower has strong stability and can withstand vibration of level 8 on the Richter scale and wind resistance of level 12.
