Purpose of dehumidification dryer:
It is mainly used for engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity to solve the poor quality problems such as bubbles, silver streaks, cracks, flow marks, poor transparency, etc. caused by poor drying of products; engineering plastics such as PA, PET, PU, ??TPU, PC, PBT, CA, etc. have strong hygroscopicity. Because water penetrates into the plastic particles, traditional dryers cannot completely dry them.
Principle of dehumidification dryer:
It is matched with hot air hopper dryer to perform efficient dehumidification and drying operations.
It effectively reduces the dew point of drying air to below -40℃ and controls the heat at the same time.
Only by blowing it over the surface of wet plastic particles can the moisture content be reduced to below 0.02% before molding.
The honeycomb dehumidifier fully dehumidifies the air in a closed circulation system and quickly precipitates the moisture in the plastic particles to achieve the effect of dehumidification and drying.
