Machine use: Suitable for crushing and recycling defective PC, nylon, ABS and other nozzle materials.
Machine side crusher, used with injection molding machines and other main machines, with recycling system, nozzle materials can be recycled immediately in 20 seconds, and the crushed materials are automatically sent back to the production equipment, no manual work is required, and the recycling is fast and pollution-free.
Machine principle: The nozzle materials to be crushed are crushed by the machine side crusher and fall into the receiving hopper, and then sent to the recycling device by the fan. The recycling device isolates the powder material and recycles it into the dust bag. The granular material is mixed with the new material in the dryer according to the required ratio of new and old materials through the manual ratio valve at the bottom of the recycling device and flows into the main machine for use.
Application scope
It can be used with injection molding machines and other main machines. It can be recycled immediately within 30 seconds without centralized crushing and must be confirmed to be clean.
