Vertical mixer performance features:
Specialized in mixing and mixing various granular raw materials and color masterbatch, this machine is a large-scale equipment for plastic mixing.
1. The barrel and spiral blades are evenly made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and are easy to clean.
2. Low power consumption, large mixing capacity, fast speed, and even mixing can be achieved in 3-5 minutes.
3. The propeller blades are processed as a whole after welding, with high concentricity, smooth operation and low noise.

Two regular models
Suitable for mixing various plastic particles, broken materials, flake materials, new and old materials and materials of different colors.
Mixing and drying are synchronized. During the mixing process, the material maintains a continuous flow state, the hot air penetrates evenly, and the temperature can be adjusted from 50 to 200°C. Materials are mainly dried and drained through electric hot air to achieve full drying and energy saving effects.
