Mold heating machine uses:
1. Suitable for mixing large quantities of plastic granules, powder, new materials, old materials, adding aids, and mixing colors; the single-layer barrel wall has pure mixing function, and the double-layer can be heated. Commonly used for large-capacity plastic dyeing and granulation, modification, recycling of recycled materials, mixing and drying of PVC, TPR, TPE, PP, PE and other plastic powders and chemical powders (such as: calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, talc, Stirring and drying of flame retardants, titanium dioxide, PVC powder, additives, ceramic glazes, etc.).
2. Double-layer oil heating, the temperature is usually 50-150 degrees, up to 300 degrees.
3. A screw feeder can be added to facilitate operator operation.
Automatic temperature control machine performance:
1. The thermostat adopts (P.I.D.) touch mode internal storage, automatic calculation, accurate and reliable, and can be controlled within ±1-2℃, saving more than 35% of power.
2. Two sets of electric heating tubes can be used individually or together.
3. The heating and cooling time are fast and the temperature is stable.
4. The electric heating cylinder is made of stainless steel.
5. Safety devices: fuse, pump overload protection, water shortage protection, heating wire overload protection, abnormal alarm, automatic replenishment of water and overheating protection.

Oil type mold temperature controller
Using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, the standard temperature control range is 60-200°C, and the temperature rises quickly and is more efficient.
(High temperature type can be customized: the maximum temperature of the oil type can reach 350℃)
