Uses of dehumidification dryer:
In addition to mainly targeting engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity, it solves the problems caused by poor drying of products: bubbles, silver streaks, cracks, flow marks, poor transparency and other poor quality problems; engineering plastics such as: PA, PET, PU , TPU, PC, PBT, CA, etc. are highly hygroscopic. Principle of dehumidification dryer:

Dehumidification dryer---multiple models available
The honeycomb rotor with strong dehumidification performance is used to fully absorb the moisture in the air, and then a wind with a very low dew point and strong moisture absorption capacity is formed for dehumidification and drying of raw materials.
Honeycomb runner design, the dew point is stable below -40℃, ensuring the high quality and stability of molded plastic products. The whole series adopts standard equipment of P.I.D temperature control system; the control is equipped with LED liquid crystal display and automatic control.
Three-in-one dehumidifier
Dehumidification + drying + feeding three-in-one series; integrating the three functions of drying, dehumidification and feeding.
It is especially suitable for places with high degree of automation and compact space. The whole machine is controlled by PLC and is easy to operate.
An optional dew point meter that can monitor the dehumidification effect of the machine at any time is also available. Combined with the requirements of European design, the machine has a more beautiful appearance, more stable performance and lower energy consumption.
