Industrial chiller uses:
It should be used for cooling molds, pipelines, and pools to improve the surface finish of plastic products and reduce marks, so that the products will not shrink or deform, and will be easy to demould. It facilitates the demoulding of plastic products and accelerates product shaping, thus greatly improving the production efficiency of plastic molding machines.

Features of air-cooled chiller:
1.The advantages of the air-cooled chiller are: it absorbs cold air by itself and discharges hot air for heat dissipation. It does not require an external cooling tower, has no restrictions on circulating water pipelines, and is easy to install and move.
2.No need to install a cooling water tower, easy to install and move, suitable for places where water sources are lacking and no need to install a water tower.
3.Low-noise fan motor, excellent cooling and condensation effect, stable throttling mechanism, excellent anti-rust treatment.
4.Using high-performance compressors imported from Europe and the United States, with high EER value, low noise and stable operation. This product adopts a touch-type waterproof and dustproof control panel, and the cooling temperature is adjustable from 3 to 30°C. The contactor belongs to the French Schneider series. The control system adopts a modular design and is equipped with multiple protection devices such as acid and alkali protection, current overload protection, high and low voltage protection, and time delay protection. If there is a fault, it will alarm and display the fault in time.
5.This product uses a brand new imported compressor, which belongs to Japan's Sanyo Panasonic series, making the product more energy efficient. The condenser adopts a vertical shell-and-tube design, and the evaporator copper tube adopts high-efficiency internally threaded copper tube, which can effectively improve the thermal effect and is easy to clean.
